From consultations to meal plans to grocery shopping assistance for weekly meals, let us help you take the first steps towards living a healthier life. 

 

Our approach to nutrition is holistic and personalized. Our services are designed to: 1) get to the root of your health goals, and 2) promote behavioral changes to help you achieve those goals.

Nutritional Cooking

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The first appointment is to identify your needs and understand your medical history, current lifestyle and goals in order to provide realistic recommendations and to build a nutritional plan that reflects your specific needs.

 

After your initial consultation, you will receive a client assessment questionnaire to fill out.

NUTRITION PACKAGE

This package includes all of the above services including: initial consultation, post evaluation session, and a bi-weekly follow-up (4 appointments total).​

 

In these appointments, we will determine how you are progressing, what we can continue to work on, and recommendations we can add to what you have already been working on.

​

NOTE: Selecting the package allows you to receive a bonus follow-up session!

POST EVALUATION

From the initial consultation, the holistic nutritionist will evaluate your needs and design a plan that aligns with your health concerns. The plan may include:

​

  • detailed nutrition suggestions

  • supplements

  • lifestyle recommendations.

  • personalized one-week menu plan

 

We will review the plan together and set goals for the follow up consultation. The key is to set achievable goals!

RECIPES & QUESTIONS

This appointment is available to previous clients and may be booked for those seeking answers to:

​

  • specific nutrition-related questions, or

  • a specific set of 3-5 recipes, (such as energy-boosting meals, healthy vegetarian recipes, juicing suggestions, smoothie recipes, etc.)

FOLLOW UP CONSULT

These follow-up appointments can be set on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the support you require.

 

Here, we will determine how you are progressing, what we can continue to work on, and recommendations we can add to what you have already been working on.

[ MEET THE NURITIONIST ]

Deborah Stephenson,

Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Group Fitness Instructor

​

Deborah is passionate about holistically changing lives. Her goal is to help clients towards a wellness journey that will heal their body, mind, and spirit. After adopting a dairy-free, gluten-free diet, Deborah begin to see a significant improvement in her overall health. Her specialty is developing nutrition plans for people with chronic diseases, digestive issues, and those with food allergies. With two daughters with severe food allergies, she had no choice but to become creative with healthy meal options not just for herself, but for her family. She also provides services in cold-pressed juices that are great for detoxing, and loose-leaf herbs.

Q: What is holistic nutrition?

A:  Holistic nutrition seeks to remedy the entire or “whole” person (mind, body, and soul) as opposed to curing isolated symptoms. Certified Holistic Nutritionists are specialized nutritionists that heal patients using natural foods and products instead of or in addition to conventional medical treatments.

Q: How will the holistic nutritionist work with me?

A: Our holistic nutritionist will provide nutritional counseling by assessing your optimal nutritional needs and developing a holistic nutritional plan. The holistic nutritionist will consult with you on developing habits for consciously eating healthy foods that promote vibrant physical and mental health; provide recommendations on consuming foods that support a strong immune system and prevent diseases; and direct you on the benefits of a plant-based diet, supplement recommendation, and other nutrition considerations.

A: Currently Health Insurance is not accepted for these services.
