Yoga for Body Love
Tuesdays, November 2 - November 23, 7:00 - 8:30pm
We only get one body, so it's essential we treat it with as much love and care as we can. Yoga for Body Love holds space for you to get honest with your relationship to your body. Each week, students will be offered tools for cultivating more love and compassion. There will be presentations, journaling exercises, and guided meditations each week. Come with an open mind and an open heart and let's love on ourselves more!

Yoga for Couples
Saturdays, November 6 - November 27, 7:00 - 8:30pm EST
Join Malachi and Scheera in this partner yoga flow & discussion to learn how to guide, honor, encourage, support, and receive support from each other. As you go through the motions together, you and your partner can expect a closer and more soulful relationship than ever with each other through giggles, movement, and massage. Start off the class with a guided meditation where you are your partner will form an intention together. Then move in sequence that will support each other in poses in a way to enhance posture and builds trust and communication. Each session ends with you in a loving and lingering full body embrace with your beloved.

Asana Practice: Unlocking the Body's Secrets
Mondays, November 8 - November 29, 6:30 - 8:00pm EST
This four-week series students will learn how to transcend the limits of the body through deepening their mind, body connection. Each week, students will explore a lesson centered on a single aspect of the physical practice of yoga. By slowing down and dissecting these key components students will find release and discover new heights of their practice. Each class will include Power point slides, handouts, drills to strengthen the area of focus and a short flow to practice the days lesson. This course is eligible for 6 Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance.

Join us on a four-week deep dive examination of one's life. Using the themes below to guide us further inward, allowing us to live a more grounded and meaningful life. Holistic support is needed to stay balanced and focused, which includes discussions, Yoga, meditation, creative writing, and collage art.

Meditation is for Everybody

Are you looking for a way to incorporate meditation into your life but don't know where to start? Join us for our 4-week series, Mediation is for everybody! Meditation is a way to reduce stress, improve your focus, and tune inward to live a more grateful and fulfilling life. Come learn about the history of mediation, the benefits, and the different types of meditation that can help you navigate life. Each week, we will introduce breathing techniques, yoga stretches to prepare the body for meditation, and simple ways to incorporate it into your daily life. By the end of this series you will have the tools needed to create your own unique meditation practice to journey out into the world, with love.
